We prioritise authentic Southern Cuisine, BBQ Pit Masters, Cajun & Creole cooking, and vendors offering classic Saloon-style drinks (craft beer, whiskey cocktails, lemonade). If your fare is big on flavour and can handle a busy festival crowd, apply for a pitch!
